He has confessed to the murder – he had no direct knowledge of the sexual abuse. He is guilty.

Exactly, if he had knowledge of the mother and Posts activities prior to the murder his friend boy , John Mello, would have run to the police based on his history of numerous prior complaints which had no evidence to support them. Simple fact is Mello manipulated a delusional weak minded serial liar to kill his ex to get full custody of his daughter. The appeals court was correct that there was after discovered evidence, Posts phone was discovered AFTER the murder and the evidence is now being used by unscrupulous attorneys to fabricate a defense of something indefensible.
