A second terrible choice of leaders for a research university. Ayers will probably be a good administrator (he has the CV indicating the experience/ability) BUT – he’s a freaking accountant for pity’s sake. His last gig as the dean of the bidness school at UGA was apparently major “issue” free so maybe he will do well – it would be difficult to do worse than his immediate predecessor. The board is still the problem…
Great choice. Get all the bad stuff out in the open and fix it.
I know there are a lot of other opinions but right now, Clemson needs someone who can get into the books and figure out what the heck is going on. Hoping he’s a Sunlight guy.
Restoring trust will go a long way.
That other guy was a woke disaster. Some good karma intervened here from somewhere.

On paper, sounds like a better choice than the first guy.
