Jen, why no mention of former Circuit Court Judge Bentley Price being at the party and at a minimum noticing Mr. Aylor in the hot tub and not looking so good. Because Mr. Price was a public figure this is news worthy. A sitting Circuit Court judge at a party involving illegal drugs and the fact he noticed Mr. Aylor was not well but took no action such as encouraging his friend to get out of a hot tub or calling 911. Based upon Price’s observation why did he not call 911. More to this story including the former judge.
