Far too risky for Murdaugh to take the stand. As the prosecution case winds down, there’s significant doubt as to his guilt and has yet to be linked to any murder evidence. After the defense calls their witnesses and experts, I strongly suspect Murdaugh will walk. The State simply hasn’t proven beyond any reasonable doubt Alex Murdaugh committed these murders … there’s plenty of doubt.
