A bond reduction hearing for disgraced attorney Alex Murdaugh held on Monday included dramatic testimony from both witnesses and attorneys.

The video above depicts powerful state senator Dick Harpootlian emotionally representing his client. The hearing also featured a discussion about Murdaugh’s jailhouse phone calls, speculation about his busted knuckles (and a mark on his face) and extensive disagreement over his financial status.
