Germanwings Pilot Rehearsed Fatal Crash?

It used to be that when you got on a plane, the only concern one would have concerning outrageous human behavior was confined to the passengers in the back of the plane. Never thought much about the deliberate actions of the crew might contribute to a bumpy ride. I get the idea that employee screening and evaluation ain’t what it used to be. May be the case of some political correctness sneaking into employee screening and peer reviews.
