In the underlying case, there is a consent order substituting Pendarvis in as counsel. It is purportedly signed by Lewis, but it is the same signature as on the release, which was supposedly forged? Did Pendarvis forge that signature too? Was the first attorney aware that it was a fraudulent signature?

Lewis’ release was witnessed and notarized by Amenhotep Myers, an attorney in Charleston. He should have known that what he was witnessing and notarizing was false, so he might be in trouble as well.

I can say one thing whether you like his politics or not, Pascoe has no problem prosecuting lawbreakers no matter their political ilk.
