She isn’t politically connected, and she isn’t rich either. R. Dennis, her paternal grandfather died in 1992, so she didn’t know him. Calhoun was Vice President of the United States in 1825 and 1829. She didn’t know him. Her being a descendant of theirs does not afford her any special treatment. Unfortunately, I too am a descendant of Calhoun. I can honestly tell you that, from what I do know of that man (for the sake of being respectful to FitzNews), he is a disgrace. This is nothing but star-struck state police. Ravenel is no prize himself. Multiple sexual assaults and drug distribution charges… I have a question, though… How can someone convicted of felony drug distribution be allowed to run for the SC Senate?
Shoudn’t she be charged with child abuse for naming those children !
