Ron Paul was likely our last chance at righting the many wrongs that plague our country. I think he really was what we hoped Trump would be, but never was.

I know four people who died of Covid–two were very close to me, one of whom was a Trumpster who believed that hydroxychloroquine was the cure. She screamed in terror before she was intubated because she knew that intubation is often a medical Hail Mary. And then she died a horrible death. Just last weekend, my husband and I met a man who contracted Covid in 2020—he was in a coma for three weeks and had to spend a month in rehab. After being fully vaccinated and boosted, I got Covid (I have two autoimmune conditions), took Paxlovid, and was over it in a week and a half. My husband, who is fifteen years older than me, was barely sick (he took Paxlovid as well). My cousin who died in late 2020, hemmorhaged to death (Covid complication) in an Oklahoma ER. She might have been saved but there was not a hospital bed in seven states available for her. The criminal misinformation and disinformation propagated by Republicans regarding vaccines, hydroxychloroquine, masking gand Covid itself is reprehensible. You ought to be charged with murder—you all are certainly guilty of it.

Covid killed over a million Americans. Hospitals were maxed out and had to work ventilators and ECMO machines around the clock. People sat in hospitals for weeks or even months dying slow, horrible deaths. These dudes hocked random fake cures and pseudoscience, willing to feed thousands more to the grinder for the benefit of the economy and the rich. The effects of their rhetoric will be felt for generations to come.
This is the power of the lies that conservatives fight so hard to keep being able to tell.
I weep for the future being destroyed at the hands of delusional people like this and those who support him. Our children deserve better.

While I have not always agreed with Mr. Paul, I believe he is spot on here. Fauci not only needs to be unemployed, but probably in prison as well. (See “gain of function” research) I am NOT, repeat NOT, a conspiracy theorist, but deep in the back of my mind is this little inkling that asks if Covid may have been intentional. My husband & I both survived Covid just fine, but prior to having it we both had the vax. One month after taking a booster, my husband had a mysterious & quite serious cardiac event which we now know was a vaccine injury. The cardiologist pointed directly to it. How stupid were we to take a government pushed, not yet approved, vaccine? Never again! And if I have to crawl to my polling place, I will vote in person.
Yes, please help in dwindling the pool of Republican voters even further.
