Given Dail’s petite stature, it’s not hard to imagine a man with strength, planning, and knowledge of the area just grabbing her off the street. It can happen in mere seconds, as has been proven in a multitude of other cases throughout the years. So, perhaps her abduction was not perpetrated by someone she knew, but rather an opportunistic predator that has gone undetected all these years. It would be worth it to see if anyone remembers an acquaintance or neighbor’s sudden move from the area around the time of September 1992 or so. Just a thought.
Regardless, I pray Dail’s case will be solved. It’s been far too long.
