Pickens County should be ashamed to have football coaches, administrators, in fact a whole school district that would allow three athletes to beat a teammate (on tape) and not immediately suspend those players.
Shame on the County, the Schools District and their legislative delegations.

Juveniles can be charged as adults in SC for assault by mob if they cause great bodily injury, so why haven’t they been charged? Or expelled from school?

That comment is the reason why we are where we are today. Systematic racism exist strongly in the south, and in the area where this incidence took place. The ignorant racist who wrote the comment is a perfect example of showing racist beliefs and ideology to suggest Obama caused this. And by the way, nobody deserves to be beat but stop adding to the problem by suggesting Blacks believe they are always the victims here.
