Allegedly said “Don’t tell anyone I’m here”, but he showed up at church with his badge and gun?
And isn’t he supposed to be in rehab?
Spartanburg County Council needs to do its job and shut this nonsense down.
But, if he hasn’t already, I wouldn’t be surprised if he is claiming “disability” due to addiction, therefore he can’t be fired and/or is on disability leave.
Not holding my breath on any of the investigations going anywhere…seems like they are all going on the slow walk.
He can’t be fired whether he claims disability or not. He’s an elected official, but if he’s indicted he’s out whether he claims disability or not. He should just resign but he’s too much of a narcissist to do that. The legislature needs to empower the governor to be able to suspend elected officials under criminal investigation pending its outcome.
