Several people I worked with got Phd’s from Nova. Management looked closely at the school and its program and quickly stopped raises for those who got a Phd from there. We used to joke that Nova spells Avon backwards.
Fleet: Where do you work? There is a proliferation of on-line, for profit schools out there now. You can pretty much buy a degree anywhere. I believe this is just another example of the decline of Western Society.

All too true. Far too much claimed expertise is a fraud or a conceit.
I’ve been told that the education field is rife with these, for the guaranteed raises and opportunity for promotion.
On the other hand I know a very competent worker/teacher with a masters from there.
There should be a minimum of Fifty law schools Closed in the country.
Law school ruined my life! I have no job and I have student loan debt that will follow me to my grave. Save yourself! DO NOT GO TO LAW SCHOOL.
