Ah cut the soft shoe routine Manning.

You care as much about the poor old farmers as Chris Christie cares about the latest diet plan.

Let’s get down to brass tacks Bo!

How much are we gonna cut taxes for Millionaires?

Recall Loftis February 27, 2015 at 12:27 am

Did anyone notice the enormous increase in “taxpayer watchdog” Curtis Loftis’ budget this year? Pretty staggering considering he said he would cut spending when he ran for office but has since grown his budget by 40%. He hasn’t cut a penny. So before we talk about the federal budget, let’s get our priorities straight here at home. Let’s demand accountability from those whom we elect. Call them out when they lie to our faces like Curtis has done year after year. His bloated, bureaucratic centric budget is just another reason that office should be appointed by the Governor.

“… would expand “discretionary spending” by $1 billion in 2016 under the plan …”

1) “available for use at the discretion of the user: rules are inevitably less flexible than a discretionary policy.” – online spelling/dictionary.

Never trust a budget line item that is “discretionary” … That line item will be spent in its entirety for whatever the chief taxsucker deems “needed”, usually to feather his agencies nest with new office furniture, assorted automobiles, travel, parties, conventions and all too often, flowers and candy.

Occasionally a department manager will use the “discretionary” funds to replace items stolen and taken home by the staff … like coffee cups, coffee pots, coffee and sugar, hand tools and industrial shovel loaders.
