A fool and his money are soon parted, and in my opinion, only a fool would piss his money away to some political group.
Or a church on TV. But then again, I sort of feel Tea Party national organizations and TV Churches are pretty much the same.
The map is not the terrain, and the organizations listed do not necessarily describe or represent the voters they purport to lead. However, if the “Tea Party” wants to embrace a crackpot like Brat, enjoy the ride.
Tea Party is a perspective not a religion. Many have backed away from the established organizations because they have become what former followers abhor. It is just another venue for power-grabbing, narcisstic opportunists. Better to be less of a target without any defined branding, but still leave your mark.
Love the way this guy is a national campaign director, which means he raises money for a national organization, telling people not to send money to national tea party groups. While I agree with that sentiment, how does he justify the hypocrisy.
Also why does he identify himself as a Persian-American? What does that have to do with anything?
