Wow, now there’s an idea. A captive audience, so to speak. Money to be made here. All the teachers have to do is let their guard down a little, then the kids get unruly, then they can arrest them at will. They have a resident bail/bondsman, a resident po po, may as well set up a resident magistrate and juvie office. The parents won’t have to make so many trips to different agencies, a veritable “one stop shop”. Brilliant!

She’s probably running an operation similar to dog the bounty hunter out of the Jasper County School District. Nobody had the nerve to tell the big black doods in hummers wearing camo and bullet-proof vests not to take up county parking spots.
Maybe she can recruit some public school kids into her company and call it a class in “entrepreneurship” while on the taxpayer dime too.

Obviously you don’t know much about Jasper County. These idiots make the state legislature look like rocket scientist! The sad part is that it is not isolated to just the schools. It’s county council, sheriff, ,school baord, clerk of court, magistrates. If you can appoint them or elect them its screwed up, I can guarantee you that! A recent mid year 31% property tax increase. Now they want a .01 cents referendum added to the local option sales tax. $40 million in NEW schools. You have to have good “digs” to achieve the worst performing school district in the state. Only in Jasper County could the school district receive failing grades and the super get a contract extenion and a 15K bonus added to her 165K salary plus benifits.
Everything you say is true. Grew up in Jasper County’s seat and everything is so screwed up there. I know quite a few parents working second/third jobs to send their kids to private school so they stand a fighting chance. While many of the residents are good decent people, only the worst get put in office. I think the worst thing I have heard lately is my mom rented a place to a Judge’s clerk who did various things and then moved out leaving the door wide open. After many unreturned phone calls my mom went to the Judge’s chambers to retrieve the keys (she didn’t care about the back owed rent) and found out she had been barred from the building using the office of this judge. The guard did not ask for ID or anything just said for her to leave. Needless to say she called around and got that judge censured. He ultimately apologised but nothing really changed. She is still upset about this, being denied access to a public building for no reason.
Do her clients have to sign the visitor’s logbook?
this county is the perfect example of “crime does pay”. despite a “so-called” SLED investigation, countless arrest and employees double-dipping, everyone is turning a blind eye so the status quo continues. shame on law enforcement. the ultimate victims are the children and citizens of the community duped by THESE SELF-APPOINTED LEADERS.
