Instead of applauding him how about picking up a rake and helping him.

Sanford is too busy jogging around the monuments in DC and pulling other publicity pranks . . . his constituents back home are impressed with that kind of stuff . . .

Like a politician runs for office because they want to work for a living. :P

EXACTLY! — Sanford missed a superior opportunity for a video promo…but then, maybe he didn’t want to work up a sweat….

How about all of us Americans picking up the rakes and helping him and our Country?

Really? So you can rip him for a publicity stunt? This article isn’t about Sanford and it’s not certainly not about you. It’s about a guy traveled up there and is frustrated. Glad you’re here to criticize everyone and not see the merit of his actions (Cox not Stanford). You’re just apart of the problem like most people. You’re more concerned with how you can abuse the system or fix it to your benefit rather than being a good America.

Anyone wanna bet that Chris is on unemployment?

Don’t know about Chris but many of the nonessentials are double dipping by drawing unemployment.

Does anyone else find the humor of a white man from South Carolina cutting the grass of a memorial to Lincoln?

Reply
Big Ed October 9, 2013 at 7:19 pm

Um.. no, why would it be humorous? Quit living in the 1930s and grow up.

Alteredviewpoint October 9, 2013 at 10:02 pm

1860s actually. You know, South Carolina, Lincoln, that silly war of Northern Agression…. How do you get 1930s out of any of that? Maybe a little white guilt? Feel bad for something you or your family did?

Oh boy, yet another press release from Mark Sanford!

Got to love it when someone does something nice, but some self-serving schmuck tries to get some of that attention for themselves by “thanking” them publicly. Next time just send a thank you letter and stop looking for a camera or blog to capture your good side you ass.

Sooooooo will Sanford be doing the same with the Appalachian Trail…….volunteering?

After mowing the grass Chris headed over to the IRS to see if he could help process a few tax returns. The next day he acted as a stand in for a USDA meat inspector and a laid off immigration official. Chris chuckled and said….”I don’t know much about emergency room surgery, but if the VA needs a helping hand…I’m ready to give it a shot!”

You post Sanford’s self serving statement about Cox cutting the grass, but never posted about what he said on Erin Burnette OutFront the other night. Sanford is a class A jerk.
