Are there specific qualms you have regarding the appointment of Kagan and Sotomayor, or would you oppose any nomination you deemed to be liberal? Would you approve a different judicial nominee of Obama’s in place of the two that were confirmed? Would you take a similar stance towards nominations with a conservative bias and vote “no” on them? What would be your criteria for determining how to vote? Are there specific questions you would ask a nominee? Are there specific issues you would target? Specific cases and/or rulings?
What actions are you prepared to undertake to achieve border security and dismantling the abusive powers of the NSA? What actions would you take to end the Patriot Act? Are you just planning to vote in these directions, or are you going to take an active role in implementing them?
Do you support the current setup of the filibuster, or would you go back to the original “stand up and talk for hours on end” format?
I doubt it is worth asking, but I’ll go ahead: If a bill were being presented that would fix a part of the Affordable Care Act that both Democrats and Republicans agreed would be bad to leave alone, would you support the legislation to fix that piece, or would you not support it in favor of a full repeal or other dismantling or defunding bill? If you wouldn’t support the fix in favor of repeal, would you deny the fix even if you knew without a doubt that the ACA would not be repealed? Would it make a difference if the “fix” was removing the provision in question rather than repairing it or making a workaround? Are there any parts of the ACA you support or think should remain in some form? Do you support the effort to grind government to a halt in an attempt to force repeal? What reform do you support in place of the ACA?
I know this wasn’t posted by Mace, but I figured I’d ask anyways.

I’ll tell you where Graham is: not fucking wasting his time with a bunch of loonies who will just yell at him to make the news. The hard right is all butthurt because the one forum where they could let loose, the town hall, has been taken from them because politicians know they stand nothing to gain from them. So they just have social media to further inflame one another while groups like FreedomWorks and Heritage make money off of it.
Speaking of which, maybe Jim DeMint could peel off a few for Mace from the million-plus he makes each year?
