I believe our 40th president would puke had he known Ms. Lindsey. Did he know her? Maybe that’s why he got a little woozy towards the middle of that second term?

With the exception of his war mongering he’s a hell of a lot closer to Reagan than today’s coterie of Tea Party radicals, Mace included.

You’re correct. See Cicero’s Post. He is a fracking Reagan libitard.

Reagan: 1) Cut taxes, but also raised them 3 times. 2) Drastically increased spending on the DoD and raised our national debt immensely. 3) Was constantly willing to reach across the aisle and give Tip O’Neal cover in legislative battles. 4) Regarded libs as well-meaning bumblers who received more humor than hate directed at them. But sure, Graham’s nothing like Ronnie.

Well, they both have the letters “r, a, and g” in their last names –
The Senate needs new leadership – we will see if Ms. Mace has to ‘right stuff’ to lead and if she can stand the assault she will get from the MSM –

That is what you don’t understand Graham; we don’t want you to solve our problems. We don’t want you to do something. Your only job is to keep the federal government out of our daily lives.

Here’s a short list of the parts the gov’t inspects(adding cost) or mandates that adds cost to every vehicle we drive:

Tires, Headlight, turn signals, A/C(chemo), seat belts, air bags, door intrusion beams, safety glass…and much much more.

Do you drive your car every day? Then the gov’t is involved in your life every day.

How about milk & food inspections, restaurant inspection, postal service, parks.

Take a shower every day? Gov’t mandated the nozzle you are using if it’s a newer shower.

Take shit? If you have a newer toilet gov’t mandated how much water you get to use to flush your shit down the drain.

Brush your teeth with city water?

“list the few ways”?

LMAO! It’s easier to list the way gov’t ISN’T involved in everyone’s life.

You could go on forever and ever.

Frankly I’m not as concerned which or who is more like Reagan. I liked Reagan and thought he was a good President, far better than the second worst President (JC, he lost his crown to the current office holder). But times are different now and there are real dangers of a different sort and I want to know how the candidates intend to deal with those. Stop with the comparisons to Presidents past. In Mr. Graham’s case we have an actual record to see that shows us what he will do despite his words, in Ms. Mace’s case that is not available; she will need some big name endorsements from people I believe. If Graham wins the primary I will vote for him in the general election because even though he is weak it will be better than giving 0bama a strong ally in this state.

The Republicans have this wierd fetish with Ronald Reagan but the reality is he was just a more charismatic Geroge Bush. The guy oversaw huge increaces in governent spending and escaleted the war on drugs.

He,certainly, oversaw huge increases in government spending. This young lady, from Charleston has, absolutely, no chance of beating LG. Watch Graham really pander to the conservatives between now and voting time. I wish that we could get a formable opponent but none have emerged as of today. We need term limits (12 yrs. Max.) more than ever.

Hey, Nancy, Ronnie also turned and ran when a few hundred Marines got blown up in Beirut.
Then, turned around and proved his manhood by invading the tourist trap of Grenada.

If you have to invoke the name of Reagan to bolster your position, then you are not like him at all. Conservative is as conservative does.
