True, the building has a foreign flag on it, but that doesn’t mean it is in a foreign country. How many Mexican, Italian, Greek, or other restaurants display the flag(s) of the country of origin for their primary cuisines? I can’t make out the street signs, but the “Do Not Enter” sign in the background is in English.
