For those of you who missed it, The (Columbia, S.C.) State newspaper ran a big story this week on Nancy Mace – who has been a part of the FITS family for the last five years. The story explores Mace’s interest in a possible bid for the U.S. Senate against left-leaning “Republican” Lindsey Graham.
Here’s the relevant passage as far as this website is concerned …
While Mace ponders the start of a political career, she said she ended her business relationship with political blogger Will Folks’ FITSNews website last week. Mace, who is sometimes mistakenly called Folks’ partner in the blog, said her firm built designs for his popular site.
Hmmmm …
So, what does this mean for FITS? Honestly? We don’t know yet … although it’s safe to say change is coming.
In the meantime, we wish Mace nothing but the best in her future endeavors … especially in the event she decides to run against Graham.

FITS – who bills himself as a politcal consultant – told us there is NO difference between Romney and Obama.
When we desperetly needed more of a CONSERVATIVE to break Obama’s stranglehold of Failure.
Mace is certainly no remedy against a moderate politcian. If anything she’s a “Please -Don’t-Offend” moderate. A lot like Graahm.
With her and FITS’ approach: four months after Obama’s re-election: the economic news is Gloomy and Gloomier.
Will FITS and Mace admit ignorance about politics or still play the ghost of Lee Atwatwer as a ruse to cover their folly????

It hit me yesterday. Nancy Mace should mount a primary challenge against Sen Lindsey Graham. All she would have to do is make known his statements, force him to defend them, exposing his less than adequate positions regarding South Carolina values. The Benghazi investigation should be the starting point that exposes him breaking his word while indirectly pummeling then Sec State Clinton. Sen Graham has nothing to hit back with.

Mace’s claim she has nothing to do with the ethics of a business she owns is like Haley claiming the corruption and incompetence of executive agencies, isn’t her responsibility.
Mace has a graduate degree in journalism. She knows this website didn’t meet journalism standards and ethics. Which is fine, it’s capitalism. However, expedient disregard of ethical standards is hallmark of a politician. Politicians chase political objectives and disregard our law as they can do so without getting caught.
Mace has no history/credibilty/job performance for the criteria that is what we need – ethical public servant who knows how to make trade offs within law, and won’t give themselves ‘good reason’ to violate their oath to follow and uphold it. Like Ravenel’s position his reason for violate his oath justified the oathbreaking, because ‘drug laws are bad’.
A public servant tells us the ugly truth, is an ethical oathkeeper, respects our laws and doesn’t market deceit and secrecy as ‘party politics’. A politician markets pretty baloney we want to hear, hides the truth, and markets why s/he can ignore the operational rules and standards of the job.
Mace will be a supreme politician. Her background is marketing, so she knows how to ‘spin.’. And I’m sure she’ll have lots of good reasons why she doesn’ know our laws. As a public servant? Nah. .
She’s still a gazillion better than dickwad graham.
