As an elected official, if something keeps you from performing your elected duties, you resign. You don’t blow off your responsibilities and continue to collect paychecks.

Well Curtis….what about the absences of Wil Folks on the impact of COAL exports via our Charleston Terminal..?? What about the Post and Courier absences of reported tax revenue impacts from Patriot Mining in West Virginia..??
