“Oh right … these are white voters who got screwed. And we’re talking about a tax hike. Does anybody really expect Obama’s Justice Department to lift a finger in this case?”

Why do you only care about white voters? When you wrote this story you ignored the fact that the date shows that black and latino voters had to wait in line much longer then white voters.

Oh, like most Republicans you only care about issues that effect you.

Will: I made this decision months ago and you just would not listen. When I decided that we would keep the election in place and I would give the Republicans Kirkman Finley and I would sell out Joe McCullough, the deal was cut. I permitted Liz Crum to get out before the decision was made – publicly – so to give some appearance of honesty, but there was never any. As you know, I own Bill Nettles and nothing will come out of this by the Feds. The other 4 justices? We’ve made our deals on future elections, support and more important cases, so they didn’t object. Have a good day. The Queen.

It was Reggie Lloyd and Robert Stewart who had the goods on Toal and let her slide. Stewart and Toal go way back. He is as scummy as she. Nettles keeps saying that he cannot “re-visit” what they investigated. The Wicker lady lawyer in the US Attorney’s office made damn sure nobody re-opened those files. It’s a pathetic mess up there. Clyburn has incredible influence up there. Way more than the senators who used to have some control. They might as well be the board of trustees at SCSU.

Whatever happened to Lloyd? We liked him up here at the State House.

It is always interesting to me when people use an old “wrong” to justify a current one. It’s a fallacious argument, used also in the case of budgetary overspending a la Bush/Obama.
