A man I used to work with in public transportation used to always say “it’s got to look right to be right” . This isn’t even close to looking or being right. And taxpayers get to help foot the bill.

His “commitment” to Blythewood is ONLY to Scout Motors! Pugh doesn’t give a rat’s azz about the town of Blythewood, nor its citizens. He’s benefiting ($$$$$$) extremely well right now, no matter any “morals” he may allegedly have.
