There are things that lead agents and even the then attorney for SCDPSS did that were covered up. Guy exercised a 1st Amendment right by mailing in a complaint to a school board. The complaint was returned to the sender. SCDPPS was told by the district, SCDPPS moved to revoke mans probation for trying to file that complaint with the school board. He hired a powerful attorney that terrified SCDPPS. Agents backed off. But that dis not excuse their felony acts. It was swept under the rug.
