How about a ban on all robocalls?
How about a ban on that Cahaly bastard as well?
So there is a 1st Amendment issue here. Then there can also be the ability to sue each and every company for big-O bucks in Federal Court, as well as any government entity which gave them license to bother you. The whole idea of Government licensed monopoly is odious to a free people.
I’d like to have each of these lawmakers personal cell and home numbers so I can bug the hell out of them during dinner time.
I simply file phone harassment reports against the campaigns.
This was Robert Cahaly’s case. I guess he is vindicated and owed an apology by the The State of SC.
