The other jurors are in fact, “lawyering up” and supposedly refuting the allegations made by Ellick’s demonstrably full of bovine excreta mouth pieces. remember these quotes “…someone shot him…”, “…airtight alibi…”, “…wasn’t at the kennels…”
Dick and Jim once again proposing lies, exaggerations and legal trickery. Two of the 4 testimonies they put forth are from their own colleagues, one of which is pure hearsay. They know these have no legal standing.
Who gave Snake Harpootlian permission to have his media show in front of the Statehouse and the court of appeals? Who gave the media permission to park their trucks all over city streets and statehouse parking spaces? Who paid for the setup and takedown of the equipment? Did ANYONE in the media(other than an off-hand comment by John Monk) have ANY skepticism about what Dick and Jim said?

My father always referred to lawyers like Jim and Pooter as “mile-or-mores” … as in, you can instantly smell their stench from a mile-or-more away. Now I feel certain he would expand his “mile-or-more” definition to include all journalists who are picking through Jim and Pooter’s latest pile of bullshit for every potential click mixed in with the corn kernels.

I believe the Deep State is a responsible actor but of course their is another side that despises the Deep State, and any FBI/DOJ involvement that leads to overturning this verdict will be spun into conspiracy.
Dick & Jim have been deceptive & manipulative from the beginning. This is no different. But why have they chosen to die on the hill that is Alex Murdaugh? There’s your story. Egg lady just mad. Needs to get on with her life.
Anyone who followed the trial knows Judge Newman would have taken appropriate measures to correct any misconduct by the clerk of court. For example he would have instructed for the jury to bring any issues to him and not the clerk.
What if the entire jury signs affidavit that Hill and Egg lady had no influence on their verdict. That the evidence was overwhelming.
