Great! Now, like in the Murdaugh case, the FEDS need to open all the Judges cases past the statue of limitations. Anyone, who has dealt with the SC justice system knows that Murdaugh followed the template in place for all the good ole boys. Follow the family dynasties running the states solicitors offices and you will find Murdaugh ways throughout the system. Squadron of enablers/thieves at their service living off this sham justice system. FEDS know this and especially the local FEDS as most received their jobs this way. They have had no problem ruining peoples lives while parading themselves as good Christian’s. Sick, sick culture..

Great reporting FITS News, and agree 100% with Clemson McDaniel III. The South Carolina Injustice System needs to crack and bleed. Have no doubt a lot of the criminality and corruption in South Carolina is tied to gangs, drugs, gambling and prostitution. Still say someone should be checking Murdaugh/Boulware property for bodies.

How about Judge Price today temporarily removing the bond of Dartez Ferguson until he angered lawyer legislator “short stack” Leon Stavrinakis counsel for Mr. Ferguson resulting in the “Price Pivot To Politics” and a person who violated bond by being charged with murder and going to bars is out and about! I wonder exactly the cost to buy such a result. The only ones who know the Price are the Judge, his lawyer legislator friends and their clients!

What about the 13th circuit? Greenville county has been able to avoid the investigation so far. Especially family court judges and officials. Is he assuming that Greenville county family court doesn’t need an investigation? He wouldn’t have to look far to uncover the layers of cases that have been decided before the hearings even begin.

S.L.E.D. investigated Mylinda Nettles for forging the foreman of the grand jury’s signature in the murder indictment of Terence Bryan and Deputy clerk Deborah Ginn was fired and the solicitor Randolph Murdaugh stepped down and Alex Murdaugh later became the solicitor. This is when the fact came out that the Solicitor’s office was sending indictments to the foreman of the grand jury that was not filed with the clerk of court, so there was no record of these indictments. Alex Murdaugh and Judge Carmen T Mullins did the same thing in the Satterfield lawsuit. Both the indictment and lawsuit was not filed with the clerk of court, the indictment only after a guilty plea is the indictment filed.
When they had any hearing in the Satterfield’s lawsuit, the case had to be called out, calling the next case. Everyone in the courtroom, judge Mullins, clerk of court, deputy clerk, Alex Murdaugh and the Satterfield’s lawyer knew what was going because any one would have raised concerned about having a hearing on a lawsuit that has no case number.

One wonders if judges, like Mullen, signed off on the Murdaugh Fleming thefts for nothing more than campaign contributions? Was it something more than incompetence? There was no oversite of the settlements or guardianships but U.S. that complicity? SC needs to send a signal from the state and not just the feds. That means an indictment..
