Real Americans (the kind who don’t vote for people who have committed espionage by stealing (allegedly) thousands of classified documents) understand that the GOP has taken a far-right, fascist friendly turn along the way. They have no vision, no ethics, no nothing, and are very much the party of no ideas. All they have are a bunch of pop cultural issues to run on. Immigrants! Gays! Trans! Budweiser! And my God, now they are even pissed at the Lord’s Chicken: Chik-Fil-A. I don’t care how tight they cling to their Bible and shake it at is, but this is not a party that wants unity in the US. All they know how to do is divide and it’s killing them as a party and severely damaging our nation as a result. Sure, Trump has a 35% or so base that will follow him into prison and beyond, but that’s far from having a majority. They can’t win. Even if Biden looks/sounds like he’s 102, I’d still vote for him over ANY of their candidates.
Trump’s going to prison. He can’t even find lawyers to represent him. Certainly no competent attorneys.
The GQP is still going to back a criminal in jail for President.
And he’s polarized the Republican Party to the point none of the other candidates can get enough votes (from Republican voters) to win the White House against Biden.
Trump still has indictments from DC and Atlanta to look forward to. Even Bill Barr says he’s toast.
