Who needs high-priced Hollywood screen writers to create profitable content when you have South Carolina putting out shocking, weird, bizarre and tragic tales of reality about every 4 or 5 years. From Pee Wee Gaskins, to the Lizardman, to Dale Dinwiddie, to mothers backing their kids down into a lake at a boat ramp and then blaming it on a non-existent black man, to mass murders in a black church to try to start a race war, to another whole family dying at the same aforementioned boat ramp when they came to see the monument erected at the prior tragedy, to a guy killing all his kids, putting them in garbage bags and driving all over the south with them in the car, to the world-infamous Murdaughs. There’s a half dozen more tales that I don’t even have the time to list. We got a special kind of weird and crazy over here.
