Bannister wants to spend our tax money like a drunken sailor. They act as if we owe them.

Why expect any different from him. Look at his political lineage, grandfather was Thomas Wofford, a lifelong democrat who switched parties for political expediency. Sound Familiar? His grandfather also defended the 31 white men who lynched Willie Earle. He is consistently elected by a core of wealthy democrats in downtown Greenville so he has to look out for their interests
