I wonder if this dipstick knew that a state arson charge carries a 30 year sentence and a federal charge carries a 40 year sentence?

I’m sure work is a place this degenerate goes regularly. Time he learns if you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes!

Unbelievable that the Liberal Democrat Appointed Magistrate gave him only a $10,000 bond out. That’s only $1000 out of pocket. That Magistrate needs to be removed. Why was a Magistrate given this crime in the 1st place?? He should have been locked up until a General Sessions Court heard his case. Charleston is out of control. With numerous Democrat Communists in control of the town.

Bill, I agree, but “magistrate” in the federal system is just the judge that sets bond, not assigned the case. The lack of a criminal history plays into the low bond, by federal guidelines. When they put an ankle monitor on these clowns, and they violate the terms, they get snatched back up, the bond is raised. When he gets snatched again I hope he is placed in federal custody. He is not going into the state system.
And while we are here, why the proponents of “electric vehicles” wind and solar has decided to commit crimes fueled by liberal congressman. “Again we have a another winner”
