After reading the text of the lawsuit, you gotta wonder if Stanton gave SLED some false probable cause information to justify SLED’s search of Paul’s car and home. The file she supposedly “stole” was pulled In November, was a file she was authorized to use in the routine course of her HR work, and was not found by SLED to be in her home or car. Lying to SLED, hmm,…is that a problem for Stanton? Oh wait,…she’s an attorney,…she wouldn’t be stupid enough to do that!
