Suck it, Clemson.
Suck it, Clemson.
and while he was there, the budget debate came to a screeching halt.
Exactly. We pay those fuckers to run the state supposedly, not high 5 every person that accomplished something. They can do that on their own time.
Yes, We are paying them a fortune and you have potty mouth but who cares!

I find it amazing that it’s always Gamecock players who get “special days” in Columbia. Clowney gets to come in during the off season wearing his untucked t-shirt and interrupt much more important pending legislation, such as the budget, education reform, ethics reform, etc. last year, they set us some special something because of Lattimore’s injury. Don’t get me wrong, both are great athletes, but in fairness, Dequan Bowers suffered a knee injury that largely attributed to his steep drop in the draft rankings, but I don’t remember his moment of silence at the State House. Tajh Boyd, Deandre Hopkins, and Sammy Watkins have all posted record breaking seasons within the past two years, but I’m not seeing them showing off their fresh white tshirts while the more important business gets ignored. I don’t mind celebrating athletes at the appropriate time, but it’s kind of pitiful when it starts to look like this is just a way for members of the legislature to get a photo opportunity with their celebrity football crush. It seems like if the SC Senate can find a reason to get one of the Gamecock athletes to be celebrated, they jump all over it. It’s kind of pitiful.
