Video is horrible but where did this occur? At his house and were they cohabiting? If so why wasn’t he charged immediately or was it not reported immediately. Lots of legal variables at play. Don’t blame the 9th circuit they can only go with what the law allows.

it does “sound” horrible, but it doesn’t “look” horrible….because you can’t actually observe almost anything that is alleged/screamed from another room….seems suspiciously like a way to set someone up……
Exactly. What I heard is a woman harassing a man in a loud voice as the man repeatedly told her in a normal voice to get away from him and leave him alone. The woman was obviously aware of being recorded and kept repeating her accusations and the man’s name loudly. (I found that very suspicious) Then we have Will Folks trying to tell us what we’re hearing. I think he just went with what the woman in question told him, because some sounds that he interpreted as domestic violence could easily have been something else. The only thing we witnessed was the hair grabbing and pushing her to the floor. But this has the flavor of a setup.
