How do we know that radio traffic reported at least one fatality? I thought that all Charleston County Law Enforcement was now thoroughly encrypted to keep the press and the peasants in the dark about their secret doings Encryption, pushed by Moneyrola, is infesting more police agencies in SC every month. Any agency that encrypts its dispatch traffic has no claim on “transparency”.
