Totally agree! This woman must not ever be allowed to be free again.

What is perfect about your narcissist dipshit positions is that you are a narcissist dipshit. Consistency is so underrated.

Most of what you write here seems like something you were paid to write – I hope no one paid too much.

Anytime any place Will. Happy to debate every single stupid position you take including whether violent criminals who throw people down stairs could ever be redeemed. Send me the time and place.

This is certainly horrible. No arguing otherwise. I wonder if she was in so much pain giving birth that she thought the baby was intentionally attacking and destroying her hoo-ha. Maybe she was stabbing the baby in self defense to make him quit destroying her hoo-ha. Insanity defense? In cases like this, following conviction, sterilization should be mandatory to prevent future such incidents.

Easley could start by making a proper charge. Murder can be charged along with homicide by child abuse.
Additionally, as an aside, Josh Kendrick is rich to call someone a narcissist. He’s the very definition of such.

How so, Mr. Doesn’t Want People To Know My Real Name? Why do you think that? Speak freely, no one knows who you are since you don’t have the guts to put your real name out there.

And the purpose of the criminal justice system is not rehabilitation, Mr. Kendrick, it’s punishment. You and your liberal ilk have perverted it to that end to line your pockets

Oh it it? I guess I misunderstood the purpose. Why don’t you send me the source of your statement, Mr. Anonymous? Then I can learn and understand my mistake. Thanks, Fake Name Commenter.

Will, occasionally you reference your religion and your faith. I’m not sure how seriously you take your faith, but if you are truly a follower of Jesus, I think you would pause for a minute before advocating for Old Testament justice.

What she did is a truly horrific crime. Absolutely revolting. But somewhere deep down inside of you, don’t you tell yourself that no sane, rational person would do such a thing? And don’t you wonder what pushed her to that point? I can only think that she has such severe mental illness or psychosis that she didn’t realize the evil thing she was doing. She should be locked up and kept away from society, for sure. But she is not the poster child for capital punishment.

If we aren’t seeking the death penalty against a wealthy white lawyer accused of coldly killing two of his immediate family members to cover up his own drug addiction and financial crimes and then lying to cover up the murder, then we should not seek the death penalty against anyone.

It wasn’t because AM didn’t deserve the death penalty. It was because he didn’t think a Colleton County jury would put him to death. We all believe he deserved the death penalty

I would have thought Alex Murdaugh would have been the poster child for execution, by firing squad. J Doe, as always the courts will bend over backwards to find salient facts, and mental issues, that are contributing to this horrible crime. The expansion of methodologies for executions are not out of reason. From “ol sparkly” Texas, gas chamber in Colorado, execution by “old age” California. Now lethal injection. “ take a nap”. If you never have been the victim of violent crime, never lost a loved one, never seen the crime scene, never been on a jury of a murder trial, you have no idea of the pain. “Blinded by rainbows” society as a whole has long been the advocate of safety and family. If there were such crimes, removal from that society was demanded, hence prison. A career criminal does not change ever.

Oh look, another limited government conservative arguing to give the government power to kill. The hypocrisy is mind numbing.
