Did the driver have a license?

Do the so-called “victims” have a valid drivers’ license? Are they legally here? Why is SIPD making this a one-sided issue?
“Do”, SIPD previously reported that no charges were filed against the gentlemen . They were sitting in a truck minding their own business and were verbally and physically assaulted, and had their keys takeaway. They*are* victims, thus the charges against the perpetrator. This is not hard to understand.
Are these gentlemen here legally? If not, why are they not deported?
I don’t know the gentlemen. I think you’re questioning whether or not the cops checked the driver’s licenses. I think they did- that was their sole purpose in being there, and they ultimately did not ticket or arrest the Spanish speaking victims. Time will tell. Who knows? We may read about them in a month. We may not. It doesn’t change the illegality of what happened in this instance.
Unfortunately, for this young a certain judge who “retired” after one term but only after being found not qualified is not around to help him out.
