Were the two men he was bothering here illegally? If so, was ICE called? If not, why not?

Ok so the point is? Not against the law to call people names , however its extremely tasteless and crass. If SIPD doesn’t have more than the article says they probably gave this idiot a payday from the insurance reserve fund when he hires a lawyer and sues them
People need to remember that the inept solicitor who will get this case couldn’t even convict Dylan Roof so you think she will even try with this one ? She will dismiss everything
And if one of the two men sitting in the vehicle (.especially the driver) had pulled out a pistol and shot the gentleman verbally assaulting him in the head, would he not have been legally justified under South Carolina’s “castle doctrine”? More likely, the locals would have been screaming about the “violent, illegal immigrants” who had shot/killed “a decent, peaceful American citizen”.
