I’m surprised that with that level of conflict, the guns didn’t come out.
I must be missing something here. Sorry, but I don’t get the level of “disrespect” allegedly inflicted on Ms Johnson. Admittedly, I never heard of her or her late father, much less the song played. How is playing her late father’s song “an insult”, especially an instrumrntal version?
Yeah, maybe the DJ’s emoji use tends to indicate some level of disrespect, but it seems mild. If not for the emoji thing, I would tend to believe it was a “nod” or honor to her and her late father. Apparently the DJ pushed the right (or wrong) buttons. Sounds like genius to me.
