Throw this piece of trash guy in jail and give him no bond until after he pays full restitution to the victim! It is obvious that he will prey on another vulnerable adult if he gets a chance. I have no sympathy for this man!
It was painful to watch what my brother went through as Daniel and his father-in-law mentally, emotionally, and financially abused him. Daniel called my brother Uncle Jimmy. He and his wife and her parents were involved, as well as his co-workers who witnessed and notarized the document without my brother’s knowledge or presence, as he lay dying in Lancaster Hospital. He is only suspended without pay at this point, yet he walks free and drives the truck he bought with stolen money from my brother. The truck is red…..he is despicable.
What a low life POS to take advantage of a senior. I’ve known Jimmy for years and he is a kind easy going musician loved by all in hometown of Chester. Hopefully people would put him and family on FB blast and force him and cohorts to pay back the money and do time.
