What a tragedy for her birth family – mourning a daughter and sister. As well as her own 2 surviving little ones who will never know their mom (looking at the pix/their ages) nor their baby sister or brother. Just too much heart-ache to contemplate!

This is such a horrible situation. This beautiful, young mom was probably abused for a long time. It is absolutely heartbreaking.
