Domestic matters can be nasty. The original SC stalking statute was ruled by the SC Supreme Court tobe unconstitutional. It was vague enough causing it to get tossed. But not before dozens where charged under the first version

One person, a female who was protesting outside a SC abortion center back in the 90s had her own stalking charged tossed out because of the Supremes ruling. Another case, a SC woman was caught in perjury, lied about being stalked. So it it hard to know in many cases what the truth is until maybe the real truth comes out or someone is convicted based on lies It all depends. However, SC justice system still is a snafu
