Chester County being hands down one of the most corrupt counties in our great state (see County Manager meth dealer arrests, see Sheriff scandals) and this fella who runs the utility which has been borderline maliciously litigatious against long-term landowners and families (not carpetbaggers sorry Litten your accent is offensively fake we’re not rednecks nor that dumb albeit that one track slush fund impact fees solution gonna let you and your honey boo take many a trip)…. wait a republican??? a conservative?? Who eminent domains private land and then what? Dumps massive pollutants into our waterways in Richburg etc…. wait? what do yall actually cover yankeedoodle? One of two buildings in town?
