No.

Stop being a disingenuous numpty. Illegal aliens can’t vote, collect welfare (have YOU paid back your PPP “loan” Mr Welfare Queen?), can’t get Medicare or Social Security…

GFY.

Google “Lowcountry Immigration Coalition, et al. v. Nikki Haley” – in fact, illegal aliens can vote, are collecting welfare in a number of ways and are utilizing Medicaid and far worse, being treated and not paying because of EMTALA.

Ok, I took you up on that and wasted my time reading that case. It has nothing to do with illegal aliens collecting welfare or voting. Have you not read this case or were you making things up assuming most MAGAs will not be capable of reading the briefs in those cases?

The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996, explicitly prohibits noncitizens from voting in federal elections. It is not legal in any state for a noncitizen to cast a ballot in a federal election. While federal law does not prohibit noncitizens from casting a ballot in state elections, no state currently allows noncitizens to vote in statewide elections. Note, that non-citizens and illegal aliens are not the same. People here on a VISA are non-citizens and people who are here waiting on an asylum hearing are not illegal aliens. That is why we use documented and undocumented. Nonetheless, non-citizens, including documented and undocumented non-citizens are NOT voting in state or federal Elections.

Undocumented immigrants are not eligible for welfare and or general Medicaid. Medicaid for emergency treatment may be available to reimburse a hospital for its out-of-pocket costs in treating an undocumented person on an emergency basis. But what do you “Christians” propose? Putting them in the street and watching them die. Well, knowing the type of “Christians” Trump and his supporters are, probably so.

Actually illegal aliens HAVE voted. they DO collect welfare, and also enjoy monthly stipends, free housing, education, food, medical care, AND a cell phone! Take a quick look in what’s happening in New York, Chicago, Denver, LA, and other major Blue cities across the country. The ultimate goal is to turn South Carolina blue as well.

What we have here is nothing more than Old-Fashioned Communism! Sleepy Joe got to buy those votes.
