Wait a minute. Didn’t people like Leon Lott, Skip Holbrook, Lee Foster, and SCCJA Head Jackie Swindler, tell us that only “trained” people like police officers should be carrying guns in public? They seem to want a monopoly on deadly force for some reason. Are situations like this one of their reasons?
