Murdaugh may not deserve a new trial. But, Two jurors heard the same conversation (almost word for word) and the others heard nothing. Eleven jurors are lying, especially the one who had a car ride with BH.
We’re you in the room with them ? NO ! Do you know where each juror was inside the jury room? NO ! Do you know what each juror was doing when the conversation took place ? NO ! CLUELESS !
I watched the entire hearing and could not believe the judge did not grant a new trial. My opinion has nothing to do with the guilt of the defendant. Everyone has rights and I believe Becky Hill’s actions infringed on those rights.
What rights?
The right to a fair trial.
That foreperson clearly neither understands nor respects “the whole truth” part of the oath if she had to be recalled, and by Creighton Waters no less, to complete the story of what Becky Hill said and did.
Shame!
