Wow. I knew that South Carolina’s incestuous lawyer/legislator/judicial injustice system was bad, but this is B.A.D. Every voter in the state needs an education, if nothing more than watching this video, to understand the depth and breadth of a system that is so sick, so dysfunctional, so unbelievable, so UNjust.
Just removing lawyer/legislators from selecting judges doesn’t go far enough. The current method of selecting judges must be completely abolished. Judges must be elected by the people. Attorneys who use the law for a living/power/status/privilege/special treatment are MAKING the laws, controlling the law, controlling judges, controlling the courts.
Criminals escape the justice and their victimes are just road kill. Hey, who cares, right?
Please watch the entire video . . . and then watch it again. Take notes and do a little research. Talk to everyone you know with the facts, pressure your legislators, and then vote every lawyer/legislator out of office.
It’s ordinary South Carolinians who will solve this disgusting and flawed system.
