Might as well call it State House Disease since those bacterium and fungi seem to fester in that general vicinity.

One wrinkle on this issue is that, according to the CDC, the percentage of blacks with the major categories of STDs ranges from five to ten times the rate of the white population, depending upon the particular STD, and SC has the 6th highest population percentage of blacks in the country. This type of dynamic goes back as far as they have been tracking the data, albeit with some fluctuations.
You are correct CongareeCatfish.Its just like they noted for years that Mississippi was 50th in education but failed to note that the White kids were above the national avg,it WAS the 40 percent Black population that brought the scores down so low.California was 1st around that time and was 80 plus percent White,but now that California is well below 40 percent White(they count many mystery races as White too)it is 50th in education.Thank God for California we should yell at them.
