I have never admired the Carters more than I do today. I thought there was a bottom to the moral and ethical character of a person who could achieve the office of President. Trump has taught me there is no bottom. But the Carters have set the bar high for the top. When he was handed a devastating loss to his opponent for President, he and Mrs. Carter did not sulk away, blame others, or lie. They picked themselves up and went about the business of making the world a better place for the poor, giving shelter to those in need of decent housing, and working to leave the world a better place than it was when they arrived. They were married for 77 years and he held her hand the day she died. They led by example with real family values and real Christian virtue.

RIP Rosalynn Carter. When you live in a world of Melanias strive to be a Rosalynn.
